As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be part of a team that delivers important projects throughout Australia and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle for all white-collar roles, including proactive sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, and extending job offers.
- Creating and maintaining talent pools, conducting headhunts, and passive searches.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to hiring managers.
- Collaborating effectively with the broader HR team.
What You Need:
- At least 2 years of experience in white-collar recruitment, preferably in engineering, construction, or resources sectors.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
- A personalized approach when interacting with colleagues and candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- A team-focused attitude to contribute to a positive work environment.
