Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute influencer activities within the US market
- Identify and onboard fresh talent that aligns with company goals
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables
- End-to-end management of influencer contracts, both paid and gifted
- Build strong relationships with key influencers across all social media platforms
- Proven experience with PR & Influencer marketing within the US market
- Knowledge of the influencer landscape and current rates within the US market
- Passionate about social media and influencer culture
- Proven negotiation skills and contract management skills
