About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and appropriate use/adoption of our products through evidence generation and scientific exchange, gathering actionable insights to inform our understanding of our products, therapeutic area, market access, and clinical practice.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and appropriate use/adoption of our products through evidence generation and scientific exchange;
  • Gathering actionable insights to inform our understanding of our products, therapeutic area, market access, and clinical practice;
  • Providing general medical/healthcare information by delivering unbiased scientific information (data dissemination) presentations to practitioners, third-party payors, and internal associates;
  • Fostering KOL/HCP interest in Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) within our product strategy and liaising between potential researchers and our organization on IITs from inception to publication.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A medical qualification such as OD/MD/DO/MBBS /Ph D/Pharm D/Advanced Degree in Ophthalmology or Optometry;
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge/fluency of at least one other international area language preferred;
  • At least 5 years of experience in an ophthalmology or optometry field (academia, industry, clinical practice), with at least 2 of those in the ophthalmic industry or clinical practice;
  • Experience in a HCP-facing role;
  • Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and of the research procedures as well as the ICH guidelines, GCP, and other ethical guidelines;
  • Essential knowledge of clinical trial design, product development, regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and life cycle management.
