About the Position- Deliver complex, multidisciplinary care to a diverse range of patients requiring liver transplant, spinal, thoracic, cardiac surgery, ECMO, neurosurgery, general medicine, and liver failure support.
- This is an excellent chance to progress through roles such as ANUM, Liaison, and our Met Nurse Program.
You will be someone who possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Postgraduate qualification in critical care nursing (ICU)
- Recent ICU experience in an acute hospital setting
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient-centered care
- A commitment to ongoing professional development to advance nursing practice
