About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure uninterrupted service by delivering rapid incident resolution and high-level technical support for complex network, telephony, and enterprise application environments operating 24/7.

  3. Architect and deploy scalable, secure network infrastructures that align with evolving business needs and enhance overall system resilience.
  4. Oversee the administration and optimization of core network systems, using proactive troubleshooting and system evaluations to minimize downtime and improve performance.
