Wine Industry Quality Assurance Professional
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of quality assurance programs and standards across our Australian and New Zealand winery operations.

- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and standards across our winery operations.
- Collaborate with winemakers, growers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to quality assurance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide expert advice and support on HACCP, food safety incidents, risk assessments, systems review, and food safety legislation.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., food safety or quality).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Training and experience in the implementation and management of quality and/or food safety systems and thus understanding of HACCP, GMP, and quality system processes.
- Relevant wine industry experience desirable.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Training and experience in auditing and management processes.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
