Job Title: Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Eltham. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and contribute to their growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and committed Speech Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals, providing exceptional care and support to individuals across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with communication disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services
Requirements
- Relevant Speech Therapist qualification and registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Experience in providing Speech Pathology services, including assessments
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
