About the Role

As a Sales Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing styling advice, and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every customer
  • Assist with stock deliveries, visual merchandising, and maintaining store displays to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the store manager in overseeing store operations, including opening and closing procedures
