Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by medical staff
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, collaborating with medical staff to ensure timely interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Understanding of the AN-ACC funding system and experience in aged care or related settings
