**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori educator to lead our centre, catering for children from 2-6 years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Montessori education, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a collaborative and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop nurturing and caring relationships with children based on respect and trust
  • Support children and work with parents in an inclusive environment
  • Lead and manage the centre to maintain high standards of education and care

**Requirements:

  • Recognised Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching degree approved by ACECQA
  • Recognised 3-6 Montessori diploma or willingness to gain this
  • WWCC and relevant First Aid Certificate
