About the Role
The Security and Facilities team at Northrop Grumman is a critical component of our success, ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations with security policies. They streamline processes, manage protocols, and provide critical support, creating a secure environment that allows our programs to run smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and enterprise security and facility requirements, adhering to both Australian Government and Northrop Grumman policies.
- Streamline documentation processes, assist security personnel with logistical and administrative duties, and facilitate clear communication between customers, programme teams, and Base Security personnel.
- Provide vital support to the Security and Facilities teams, embodying the professionalism and dedication of our organisation.
About You
The ideal candidate brings experience in Australian government security and has the ability to interpret critical Commonwealth documents, which is essential for ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards. The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security and Vetting Agency clearance is crucial for this position, as your role will be central to maintaining the security and integrity of our organisation.
