Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Create accurate programs aligned with scope of works to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders to foster transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering and site teams to promote seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Assist in resource planning and critical path analysis to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler/Programmer in construction, fire or building services industries is essential for success.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 is required to drive project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project planning principles, resource allocation and scheduling methodologies is crucial for achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to build strong relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is vital for meeting project objectives.
