We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Graduate, where you'll have the opportunity to work with an industry-leading Australian brand and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge on supplier onboarding, pricing updates, and rebate management, driving smooth operations and strong supplier ties.
  • Conduct sharp market research to spot new products and customer opportunities, fuelling innovation.
  • Manage website and product data, keeping everything sharp, up-to-date, and ready to impress.
  • Run engaging customer rewards programs that keep clients coming back for more.
  • Support the Commercial team with data insights and market trends that drive decisions across the board.
  • Partner with Regional and Profit Centre Managers to craft eye-catching supplier content (written, graphic, video) for social media.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Strong verbal, listening, and writing skills.
  • A high-performing graduate (Business/Commerce/Marketing) with a hunger to succeed and grow.
  • Experience with posting, scheduling, and keeping social media channels fresh.
  • Experience with Mailchimp and Canva is a big plus.
  • Able to think outside the box and deliver smart commercial solutions.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented, with a passion for all things marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Access is a bonus.
  • Australian working rights.
