About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our busy Corporate Support team at Truck Centre WA.

This role is located in Forrestfield, near the new train station, in purpose-built modern facilities with onsite parking, in a supportive team environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. For the right candidate, we will consider part-time school hours.

The successful candidate will take the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and onboarding new hires
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and aligning our recruitment strategies to meet their needs
  • Providing advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Ensuring legal compliance with all aspects of recruitment/HR practices
  • Preparing all new starter documentation and onboarded new employees proficiently
  • Assisting with other HR related duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously whilst overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Possessing self-motivation and discipline when working independently whilst being able to work collaboratively with a small team
  • Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and the ability to apply knowledge consistently throughout daily duties
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possessing strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis
