Job Title: Workplace Systems Transformation Specialist

This role ensures effective coordination of workplace solutions requirements, data, systems integration, training, and user adoption from project initiation to business-as-usual and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the implementation of a new space management and desk booking solution across Australia.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to further define and document existing system and user requirements.
  • Lead engagement with IT, HR, Change Management, Real Estate Analyst, Workplace Planner, and Regional Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing a workplace/facilities technology platform, IWMS is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of workplace and space management principles.
  • Experience managing and integrating large data sets, preferably related to property or facilities.
  • Background in project coordination within complex organisational environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and working within structured change environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Architecture, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field (highly desirable).
  • Certifications or training in IWMS platforms or relevant workplace systems (highly desirable).
  • Eligibility to hold an Australian Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
