
Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). They will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and conditions.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects, recording vital signs as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and implement patient care plans.
- Modify treatment plans according to patient responses and conditions.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is required.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) and state registration are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing frequently and walking frequently are essential tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
