Part-Time Education Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Education Support Officer to provide assistance and support to students in the Foundation homerooms.
The successful applicant is required to possess excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to use initiative, and must be able to work collaboratively in a flexible and collegial team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and provide additional support to students as needed
- Support the learning diversity leader and deputy principal in implementing educational programs and strategies
- Provide administrative support to the school community, including data entry, photocopying and other tasks
- A Certificate IV in Education Support (or equivalent)
- Level Two First Aid (or a commitment to acquire it promptly)
- Experience working as an ESO/LSO/SSO
- Tertiary Teaching Students Undertaking Studies in Education
