Deputy Principal

The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join the Blackwater North State School community. As a key member of the school leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational vision and direction of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop and implement a shared educational vision.
• Deputise for the Principal when required.
• Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
• Set high standards for student and staff performance.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience working with beginning and new teachers.
• Demonstrated instructional leadership across P-6 classrooms.
• Demonstrated enactment of the curriculum leadership through effective planning processes and support.
