About the Role

At Ventura Bus Lines, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you'll play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of bus routes, schedules, and timetables.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A current valid Victorian MR Licence or higher.
  • Availability to work shift work, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights.
  • Exceptional customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
  • A safe driving record and high regard for safety.
  • Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including a Driver's Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
