Technical Leadership Role

This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for leading the team that builds and maintains the foundational frontend architecture across various products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and technical strategy of core client infrastructure, including design system, shared UI components, performance tooling, and accessibility standards.
  • Drive productivity by building tooling and abstractions that improve the day-to-day experience of frontend engineers and allow product teams to focus on feature development.
  • Unify cross-platform experiences by collaborating with design and product to ensure consistent, performant experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients.
  • Foster technical excellence by championing best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Support teams through change by guiding the organization through architectural migrations or upgrades, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Lead and develop the team by hiring, mentoring, and supporting engineers on the Client Platform team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and growth.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of engineer management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Bonus: Experience in regulated industries.
