Early Childhood EducatorAbout the Role

This is a part-time role where you will work closely with other passionate professionals who are dedicated to supporting children's growth and development. Your key responsibility will be to create an engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create fun and engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, empathy, and kindness
  • Support children's growth by observing, tracking, and reporting on their development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
Requirements
  • ACECQA-approved qualification in Children's Services (Cert III, Diploma, or ECT)
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with parents, colleagues, and children
  • Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certification and willingness to assist when needed
