Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Container Reach Stack Operator to join our Intermodal Division on afternoon shift. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with afternoon shift penalties and regular overtime opportunities.

As a Container Reach Stack Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading containers from trucks, trains, and temporary storage
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with SCT policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Maintaining a safe working environment with a proactive approach to safety
  • Representing SCT as a safe, reliable, and quality supplier of related services
  • Adapting to rostered times to accommodate train schedules
  • Reporting incidents and hazards to immediate supervisors and into reporting systems
  • Participating in risk assessments, inspections, and operational meetings as required
