As a seasoned Heavy Duty Fitter, you will lead our skilled maintenance team to achieve excellence in equipment servicing and repair. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality results, and we thrive on challenges.

Your Role:
- Lead a team of skilled fitters to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Source technical information from relevant reference manuals and computer-based systems
- Provide guidance and supervision to team members
- Verify solutions and control non-conforming machinery until deficiencies are corrected

What You Need to Succeed:
- Cert III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years' experience in leading or supervising mobile maintenance teams
- Strong leadership style with exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide guidance to team members
