The role involves managing a varied caseload of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and work injuries. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, and psychologists to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and work-related conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.
- Deliver high-quality treatment sessions with a minimum duration of 30 minutes.
- Built strong relationships with patients and referrers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA and SIRA.
- Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning and good manual therapy skills.
- Show ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Possess high motivation, strong initiative, and a solid work ethic.
- Be an organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A minimum of one year of experience in private practice and sports injuries is highly advantageous.
