L'Opportunité

Nous recherchons un Associé Senior expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de premier plan en Droit Immobilier à Sydney. C'est une occasion passionnante de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires de renom et de bénéficier d'opportunités d'apprentissage exceptionnelles au sein d'une équipe de professionnels talentueux, amicaux et collaboratifs.

L'équipe représente des agences gouvernementales ainsi que de nombreux grands développeurs immobiliers, investisseurs et fonds immobiliers locaux et étrangers sur certaines des transactions immobilières les plus significatives en Australie. Vous aurez accès à une variété de développements commerciaux et mixtes intéressants et complexes, ainsi qu'à des ventes, acquisitions et questions de location dans un environnement d'équipe amical où il y a de nombreuses opportunités d'apprentissage et de développement des compétences.

Vous aurez également la chance de travailler avec d'autres partenaires et avocats à travers le réseau.

À propos de vous :

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez avoir :

une expérience démontrable dans le domaine des transactions immobilières, y compris le développement immobilier, l'investissement, les coentreprises, les acquisitions et les cessions. un excellent dossier académique, avec la capacité d'appliquer cette connaissance juridique technique dans un environnement commercial. une attention méticuleuse aux détails et une capacité démontrée à comprendre des questions juridiques complexes et à gérer des transactions à grande échelle. une approche proactive et le désir d'être un membre intégral de notre équipe de soutien et de premier plan ; et une soif d'apprendre et de se développer tout en contribuant à maintenir une pratique de premier plan sur le marché.

L'Équipe

Notre groupe national de Droit Immobilier continue d'être largement reconnu pour son bilan constant de fourniture de conseils innovants et commerciaux dans l'ensemble des transactions du secteur immobilier. Nos avocats conseillent sur des acquisitions, cessions, développements, coentreprises, locations et services de gestion immobilière majeurs pour des propriétés commerciales, de détail, industrielles, résidentielles, d'hébergement étudiant et hôtelières. Le groupe agit également pour des clients d'infrastructure du secteur public et privé dans des projets majeurs de développement immobilier et de renouvellement urbain, ainsi que dans des projets d'acquisitions et de développements d'énergies renouvelables.
