Job Description

As a key member of our Digital .NET API team, you will play a crucial role in building innovative APIs that drive business growth and digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing high-quality APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to ensure we deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop APIs that meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise and communication skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with and assist other members of the .NET teams in successfully completing their activities, including some level of mentoring and training.
  • Work collaboratively across technology and product teams to understand and solve for business needs.
  • Assess and estimate changes to .NET-related applications for proposed product and API enhancements.
  • Conduct system analysis, solution, and technical design activities with high-quality documentation and realistic work estimates as end-deliverables.
  • Lead in identifying process and system improvements for the API team and the .NET domain.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring manual and automated test activities are completed with proper unit test coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated depth of experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web Services, and Web APIs.
  • At least 6 years of experience in .NET Technologies and preferably REST APIs.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Azure cloud platform.
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline.
  • Ability to function as a thought leader as well as an individual contributor.
