We are seeking an accomplished C++ expert to lead our core trading systems development efforts. As a senior developer, you will oversee the design and implementation of complex software systems that meet demanding performance and scalability goals within a dynamic trading environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing and developing applications using C++ on Linux with at least 8 years hands-on experience in the financial trading space. Additionally, they should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of highly skilled software developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance trading systems using C++ on Linux.
- Lead a team of software developers in project delivery from start to finish.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and stability in all developed systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using C++ on Linux.
- Minimum of 3 years working as a team lead in the financial trading space.
- Strong technical leadership expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience working with exchange connectivity technology and a strong understanding of financial products and market data.
