About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to take on a Full-time Sales Assistant position at our Joondalup store.

As a key member of our team, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment, prioritizing AMAZING customer service and driving the store's financial performance to smash budgets and targets.

You will provide effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management, and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business' strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert and unparalleled service to customers
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist and help the Store Manager train the team
  • Maintaining the store and team's well-being, including managing stock levels and high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines
  • Ownership of health and safety in store
  • Providing assistance to the Regional Manager during the Store Manager's absence in preparing and managing staff rosters, sales achievement, stock, and expense control management
  • Recruiting and attracting the right talents to nurture, retain, and develop them into leader's roles
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving.

You will have a genuine passion in mentoring others, be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade, and have a solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion).

You will be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, and have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
