Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Campbelltown. As the central point of contact for Northcott customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Work from a person-centred framework to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to achieve their goals and provide support accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the customer engagement team to ensure seamless handover of customer-specific needs during service delivery.
  • Promote Northcott's values and be the face of the organisation within the local community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for account management, customer service, or equivalent experience in health or disability services.
  • Familiarity with the Person-Centred Practice Framework.
  • Strong understanding of the National Disability Services Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Proven organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
