Change Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead change activities, ensuring seamless system coordination and mission success.

This critical role requires experience in a change management environment, ideally within ITIL frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented approach to documentation quality and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end change activities, including raising, reviewing, and progressing changes.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and support change governance processes.
  • Facilitate the Forward Schedule of Change and assess scheduling impacts.
  • Support release and project planning in collaboration with team leads.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental change processes and assist with after-hours release coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience in change management, preferably within an ITIL framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification is preferred but not required.
