We are seeking a meticulous and organized accounting professional to join our administration team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero software.
  • Track inventory and process orders utilizing Cin7 software.
  • Enter data into Microsoft Excel with precision and accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements for financial stability.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
  • Assist with showroom duties during breaks.
  • Process returns and maintain an organized filing system.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Xero and bookkeeping software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn new skills and maintain a positive attitude.
