Right at Home is an approved provider of quality in-home care, renowned for trust, reliability, and quality services. We offer tailored support for dementia care, domestic assistance, companionship, personal care, post-operative care, disability support, and skilled nursing.

**Key Aspects of the Role:**

- You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver client-centered services that meet individual needs

- All clients are based on the Upper North Shore

- Flexible shift arrangements available, enabling you to create your own schedule

- Attractive hourly rates, paid hours, kilometres, and superannuation

- A valid driver's licence and own car are required for shifts

- Full COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory

**Responsibilities May Include:**

- Personal care and domestic assistance

- Meal preparation and medication assistance

- Respite care and transportation to appointments and activities

- Developing personalized care plans with clients and following them daily

**Essential Requirements:**

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services

- Satisfactory Australian National Police Check

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

- Smart mobile phone and valid Australian Driver's Licence

- Empathy, kindness, and a passion for caring for others

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously

- High time management and organizational abilities
