About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our team, you will work with injured workers to identify and address critical risk factors that may impact their ability to return to work. You will provide holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments and interventions.

  • Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme
  • Provide vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling
  • Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical, and other allied health professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate or Full ASORC (Australian Society Of Rehabilitation Counsellors) membership or Full RCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia) membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
