Operations Associate Job Description

This role involves transportation of Visual Messaging Signs (VMS) trailers to clients in a safe and timely manner.

  • Talk to customers who are receiving the trailers
  • Plan each route based on road and traffic conditions
  • Manage deliveries from the warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering, setting up and collecting VMS trailer orders in line with schedule
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure all their needs are met
  • Assist the team with any warehouse requirements they may have
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full Victorian Driver's licence (no more than 6 demerit points)
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Experience using trailers with vehicles or towing anything
  • Solid work history demonstrating reliability
  • Good organisational skills and effective time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne Metropolitan Area
