Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team. As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the governance function, ensuring seamless operations and effective decision-making.

The successful candidate will have experience in a company secretarial role within an agency or ASX-listed environment and possess strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Assistant Company Secretary with day-to-day governance and company secretarial responsibilities.
  • Prepare and lodge ASX announcements and regulatory filings.
  • Draft board and committee agendas, papers, minutes, and maintain action registers.
  • Coordinate the collation and distribution of board packs via board management platforms.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of financial results, annual report, and AGM documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a company secretarial function within an agency or ASX-listed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations, and the Corporations Act.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with entity management platforms is highly regarded.
