**Commercial Landscape Site Manager Opportunity**

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering award-winning commercial landscapes across SEQ.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret plans
  • Site set out
  • Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
  • Subcontractor management
  • WHS implementation
  • Quality control
  • Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
  • Liaise with clients
  • Mentor Apprentices
  • Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
  • Cost tracking and forecasting

    Requirements:

  • 2-3 years as a Foreman
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
  • Drivers license
