Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at 1300Smiles Morayfield. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
- Manage front desk duties, including reception, booking, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Assist with sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental software and technology.
