Loan Administrator Role

As a Loan Administrator, you will support our team by managing the back-end of the loan application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from application to settlement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with end-to-end loan processing and application submission
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to collect documents and provide updates
  • Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems and lender portals
  • Prepare compliance documentation in line with industry regulations
  • Support clients post-settlement as needed
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in mortgages and lending
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
