In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and process improvements to ensure optimal equipment performance.

About the Roles:

Purpose: Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support Aftermarkets Technical Support Representatives and Customer Service Teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues promptly.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is essential.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, technical reporting, and excellent customer relationship management skills are required.

Other: A willingness to work collaboratively, think critically, and adapt to changing situations is necessary.
