Job Title:

Commercial Director for Asian Markets

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute national sales growth strategies across key customer segments.

  • Leadership Role:

    Lead high-performing teams to drive commercial outcomes and elevate brand presence through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory, margin, and execution with commercial priorities.

  • Business Development:

    Identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover new revenue opportunities through data-led growth planning.

  • Brand Management:

    Drive consumer engagement and revenue through brand-focused campaigns, in-store activation, promotions, and targeted trade programs.

 

About the Position:

Our organization is a leading food importer and distributor seeking an experienced Commercial Director to accelerate revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and enhance brand presence. The successful candidate will have experience in food import, distribution, or food service, proven success in building sales teams, driving brand growth, and delivering commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin to support supplier and customer relationships across Asia. They will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience in food import, distribution, or food service

Proven success in building sales teams and driving brand growth

Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (desired)
