The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

Responsibilities:

  • You will proactively contribute to sales growth by using promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • You will generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • You will provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • You will create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • You will achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • You will open and close the club as per the roster.
  • You will actively participate in member retention programs inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • You will regularly service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.

Requirements:

  • You must hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • You must have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help others succeed in their goals.
  • You must be able to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
  • You must have outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
  • You must have tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • You must be customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
