Accounts Receivable Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing and managing accounts, debt collection, audits, and daily reconciliations.

The successful candidate will have experience working in all aspects of accounts receivable collection, initiative to investigate aged accounts and collect outstanding debt, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, a strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and to work autonomously, excellent time management skills, and a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing and managing accounts, debt collection, audits, and daily reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with payments received against PO or invoices.
  • Collect outstanding debt and negotiate payment terms/expectancy with customers.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in all aspects of accounts receivable collection.
  • Initiative to investigate aged accounts and collect outstanding debt.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work autonomously.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Natural problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems, such as SAP, XERO, and Microsoft EXO.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
