- Work in partnership with patients and families to make informed decisions about their care, promoting beneficial relationships and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality and safety in patient care.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 1 year in-charge acute hospital experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across a rotating roster.
