About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Client Services team in Hamilton, NSW. This is a newly created part-time (0.8) fixed-term position until 30 June 2026.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of client service information, education, and support services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling client appointments and services in line with organisational needs;
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to support service delivery and data collection;
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting to funding bodies using internal databases;
  • Processing support requests in alignment with national procedures;
  • Providing system and administrative support to Client Services staff;
  • Monitoring inboxes, folders, and portals for timely responses and updates;
  • Managing RSVPs, waiting lists, and preparing meeting materials (agendas, minutes);
  • Coordinating logistics, including room bookings, catering, and tech setup for services.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including access to salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per year for living expenses and up to $2,650 per year for entertainment benefits.

The successful candidate will have a relevant certificate or diploma, preferably Certificate III in Business Administration, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. They will also be proficient in using available technologies and information systems to maximise efficiencies and deliver effective services.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
