About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage and distribution of goods while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety and operational excellence.

You will lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to deliver high performance, plan and oversee daily operations including inbound/outbound deliveries and order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate stock control through audits, cycle counts and system management. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks.

Provide exceptional customer service handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and implement strategies to support sales growth and achieve financial targets.

Monitor operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.
