Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to provide a personalized and memorable experience for our guests. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations, and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through attentive and professional service, ensuring our values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect are upheld.
  • Process payments and follow cash handling procedures while promoting upsell opportunities such as late checkout, room upgrades, and minibar items.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience by checking in guests, managing their requests, and maintaining the front desk to high standards.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations, assist during high-activity periods, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, events, and places to visit in Potts Point and Sydney to share with guests.
  • Adhere to Company Policies by ensuring compliance with operational procedures, including cash handling, guest confidentiality, and lost property. Participate in training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Infor PMS or similar Hotel Property Management Systems is a plus.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
