Senior Sustainable Building Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sustainability Consultant to lead our dynamic client programs and project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance.
- Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
- Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.
You are a passionate sustainability professional who demonstrates strategic thinking, analytical skills, and emotional intelligence. You're a problem solver who thrives in collaborative environments and stays current with sustainability innovations.
Key Qualifications:- 3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
- Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
- Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
