Civil Construction Project Manager

">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our Canberra office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards and legislation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction project management, preferably in Australia.
- Relevant knowledge of Australian standards and legislation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
