About the Role

Position: Truck Driver

Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Status: Casual - Dayshift/Afternoon shifts available

Duties

  • Complete all necessary documentation
  • Take good care of vehicles/plant under your care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, heavy vehicle operating guidelines, loading requirements, axle weights, adhering to vehicle-specific permits
  • Operate handheld PDA units, tablet devices, and any other systems as required

About You

  • Multi-Combination (MC) or HC Drivers License
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards, Heavy vehicle legislation and permitting standards
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment
