About the Role:
- Oversee a well-established facility with a strong clinical team
- Collaborate closely with senior management to drive excellence in clinical practice
- Develop and maintain a positive work culture and lead by example
- Manage key performance indicators and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and prepare for future accreditation
The Requirements:
- Significant experience as a clinical leader or equivalent in aged care
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working within aged care
- Current AHPRA registration and a commitment to ongoing professional development
